Payment & Shipping

Payment Information

We can only accept payment made in CAD dollars and from domestic banks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once your order is completed, the funds for the full amount of your order will be withdrawn from your account.

If you pay using a debit card, your purchase will authorize immediate drawing of funds from your account.

Applicable taxes will be credited for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Information

We ship all orders using Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery. If there is a Canada Post strike, we will use Canpar as our main shipping partner. If Canpar is unable to deliver to your address or within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note, during this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes and some remote locations.
