Payment & Shipping

Payment Information

We can only accept payment made in CAD dollars and from domestic banks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once your order is completed, the funds for the full amount of your order will be withdrawn from your account.

If you pay using a debit card, your purchase will authorize immediate drawing of funds from your account.

Applicable taxes will be credited for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Please note that Canada Post will only deliver on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Holiday Calendar

In observance of Quebec holidays and inventory counts, the Samuel Hubbard warehouse will be closed:

March 29	Good Friday
May 20	National Patriots’ Day
June 24	Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day
July 1	Canada Day
September 2	Labor Day
October 14	Thanksgiving
December 25	Christmas Day

Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the following business day. We appreciate your understanding.

Samuel Hubbard cannot guarantee Canada Post delivery dates because all shipping delays, including weather-related / unexpected situations, are beyond our control.
