We are so confident that you’ll love your Hubbard shoes!. Within 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and a refund to put your mind at ease. If your shoes don’t fit, our team is happy and available to provide product and sizing guidance.

RETURNS ARE EASY AND CONVENIENT.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their Samuel Hubbard product from  our www.samuelhubbard.ca website.

Every customer wishing to return an item will receive a Canada Post return label (included with your order), you will not have to pay anything at the post office. 

To be eligible for refund/credit, footwear must be returned unworn in its pristine original condition and packaging. All packages, including original cartons, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit (including any applicable sales tax) to the original form of payment used. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.

Due to the unique nature of our business and related matters of hygiene, worn footwear may not be returned except in the unlikely event of a defect in product quality, construction or workmanship. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM BY MAIL.

When shipping the item back via Canada Post the item must be in the original shoe box with a copy of your invoice. Shoe box must be enclosed in a protective shipping carton. If return specifications are not met, we will not be able to properly process your return.

We recommend trying your new Samuel Hubbard shoes first on a carpeted surface to make sure they fit perfectly.

Package your return securely, enclose any forms you received and attach the pre-printed return label.

Take your return to a Canada Post location closest to you. That's it!

I received incorrect or defective shoes, what should I do?

We endeavor to produce very high-quality, well-crafted footwear and would like to know as soon as possible if you find a defect in your shoes. Please call us at 1-866-512-4422 or send an email to info@samuelhubbard.ca. We will gladly exchange the item or issue a full refund.

Can I return items not purchased at SamuelHubbard.com?

No. Please contact the retail store or website where the purchase was made for a refund.
